Small will fit waist size 29"-32". Medium will fit waist size 32"-35". Large will fit waist size 34"-37". XL will fit waist size 37"-40". XXL will fit waist size 39"-42".

Machine wash cold with similar colors on gentle cycle. Do NOT bleach. We highly recommend hang drying to get the greatest value out of our items. If you do need to use the dryer please use tumble dry LOW only. Due to the amount of spandex we use drying on high heat may cause shrinkage.
